If you like to feel like home and comfortable while visiting PEI you should book this place. I had excellent time and all amenities were cleaned and easily accessible…and great location (8 minutes drive to Charlotte downtown)

Poor supply of towels. Overuse of air freshener causing allergic reactions. Not enough blankets on the bed thus must of the night. Temperature outside was 4C but fans were running all night making the room very cold. Limited parking space.

It’s a nice place and you get what you paid for. It’s very affordable. It’s basically a room in a home. The only issue we had was we did have a distinctive smell of mold or mildew in our room. We could not locate it, but it was definitely there otherwise a wonderful place great location and great staff.

This is not a hotel, which is fine so long as you know that before arriving. The accommodations are comprised of seven [separate] very small rooms on the lower level of someone's house, with shared common room and shared kitchen. Some of the rooms share a bathroom so it is more like a hostel with private rooms than it is a hotel. Located in a residential neighborhood, very quiet. The owner/operator is quite pleasant and friendly. Fine place to stay if you are not expecting a hotel and much less expensive than hotels in the area; so quiet you will get a good night sleep.

The bedroom was a good size and had two beds, a couch, mini-fridge and an excellent TV. The propriety is clean but needs a few cosmetic updates. For example: the bedroom and bathroom doors stick, there is a little water damage in the bathroom and a missing towel bar. Overall, the experience was positive.

Upon arriving you walk into a very strong incense smell throughout the space and persisted throughout our stay. Guests who are sensitive to scents may find this uncomfortable as I did. Also, they require you to use the slippers provided (which I found to be unhygienic). The photos show they have laundry but they don’t. The space was clean enough but some areas could be improved (e.g., bathroom mat was very dirty as well as the area around the mat and base of the tub).

The pillows were definitely due for replacement as they were worn out, and the soundproofing was extremely disturbing with someone walking from door to door at night. There were also problems with the hot water, which was simply insufficient for this type of accommodation. There was a strong smell of paint upon entering the room. I believe this would be much more suitable for a youth center.

Tina est une excellente hôte. Elle a été très aidante et attentive à nos demandes. La chambre trop petite et mal équipée. La robinetterie de la salle de bain a besoin d’être changée. Il n’y a pas d’endroit pour déposer la valise autre qu’à terre. Aucune tablette dans la salle de bain. La terrace extérieure n’est pas entretenue et ne peut être utilisée.

I stayed here with a buddy of mine on a golf trip. We just used the room as a place to sleep and didnt spend much time there. The room we had was small but it was clean and adequate. There is a breakfast which you can pay $6/person for. It is pretty limited what is offered but i guess reasonable for that price. I want to give a shout out to Tina who was super helpful with the questions I had. She was always quick to respond and she genuinely wants to make sure the guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay. She gave us a tour of the property and the kitchen area for breakfast. Super friendly and the owner is lucky to have her on staff. Overall I would recommend this place for a quiet, clean place to stay with free parking. Enjoy!

this property may have been nice at one time but is clearly being neglected. the grounds are overgrown, the walkway is not sufficient or practical if you have a suitcase. the inside is dated badly and appears to be in poorly maintained condition. it is an assortment of thrift store finds. The oversize tv is not hooked up to anything so you have to have your own streaming capability. the bathroom needs a complete overhaul and refresh. I was shocked at the condition of the bathtub/shower and did not use it. the lovely woman who was trying to help was very responsive but ultimately could not do anything about the clearly aging, poorly maintained property. I was glad I was only booked one night before moving to another accommodation. The bed was comfortable but I never left as I was uncomfortable with only an inside door passage lock as security for my room.
