Booking of room was a bit misleading, you have the option of a drive up room which was cheaper or a deluxe queen. We got the deluxe queen and paid more but it was still a drive up room. We got there and our tv did not work, we called the front desk and they showed up 20 mins later indicating that there should be another remote. We had to leave for an appointment and came back a few hours later and still no fix, the staff came back and tried a few more things with no avail. I asked for a new room as I already paid more for a room and was not having one without a tv. He called back that there were no other rooms but could upgrade me, which we did and was greatly appreciated. Overall the room we got moved to was great. I would pay the extra for a king room if you can. The food for breakfast was minimal but the eggs were great. We were there visiting our dog at the AVC so no need for a knock out room, it was close to the AVC and did the trick.
