The old bath-house which has been beautifully renovated and updated into a great hotel is very well presented and maintained. The owners were very nice and welcoming and pointed out nearby shops and restaurants close to the hotel. Wonderful hotel in good location

The hotel & restaurant were fantastic for our 3 night stay. Although there was no staff on Sunday afternoon, our check-in was effortless. Staff went the extra mile to help us get back a coat that we inadvertently left behind. The breakfast buffet included with the accommodations was fine with the expected basics. Helt ok boende i centrala Arvika med väldigt trevlig personal. Övernattning för en härlig dag på isen

We were stuck in Kongsvinger for a day due to confusion on train reroute for track maintenance on ticket from Oslo to Stockholm. We booked this hotel when we found out we'd be stranded for a day with the kids. Hotel was great about accommodating our 2 adult, 2 child family in one of the only 2 twin bed rooms left and added a fold out bed.
