The personnel at the Front Desk and the Breakfast staff were very responsive, professional, and helpful. Ms. Montgomery was especially so.
Housekeeping, however, left much to be desired. The rooms were not cleaned on a regular, daily schedule. Regular items such as bathroom and facial tissue had to be requested. One of the lights was not functional. A request for staff to fix the lights had to be made. Why?
We were told that a request for daily cleaning should have been made when the reservations were initially made. This was new to us. We regularly stayed at Hampton Inn in past years. That was not the case.
Although we made the request, there was no follow through.
In any event, the staff at breakfast and at the Front Desk attempted to make the week long stay pleasant enough while on the premises.
During the day, however, was spent at the nearby University.
