Lake Norman family trip

The staff was super helpful and really made our stay great. Shout out to Nikki and Lisa, the others were great as well. They met all our needs and suggested great places for us to bring the kids while in town. The room was clean but the fixtures and bathroom was dated and had some minor issues that need to be addressed.

This place is a gem! Everyone here is extremely friendly and the room is perfect. We are able to utilize the kitchen in our room, which has beautiful, clean appliances and cupboards that are stocked with everything we need. The bed and pillows are really comfortable, and the AC is quiet and works great. Affordability and comfort that we appreciate a lot on our long road trip! We would definitely stay here again!

One night stay

This hotel is in a convenient location. The staff was nice. The room and bed were fine. The bathroom needed a serious upgrade. The parking spaces in the parking lot are very narrow and there were a lot of work trucks. Be careful where you park if using a personal vehicle as it could easier be hit by someone opening their car doors.

The quality was very rough. We only used it for sleeping as we were out most of the day but the shower and bathroom as a whole was very run down. The walls looked rough and the air conditioner was extremely loud. Overall it was an alright stay. I felt safe and had a bed that didn’t feel dirty so that’s the most important thing, but the place could definitely use some maintenance work.

Out dated, needs some repairs. Ripped carpet in multiple places. No linnens for the pull out couch besides pillowcases and a thin blanket. Pull out is HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE SLEEP. Crumbs left on counter tops. Worth spending extra for another location.

A-Okay.

Someone knocked ( loudly ) on my door at 2:37am and wakes me from a sound sleep. When I got up to ck the peephole? I didn’t see anyone there… definitely didn’t imagine this. That isn’t anything management can ‘fix,’ unfortunately. My room was very clean, comfortable, accessible and in a good area of the hotel. Great check-in and check-out.

Nice place for an overnight stay.

The room was clean but out-dated. We didn’t care so much because we were just staying overnight on our road trip down to Florida. But there was definitely a musty smell in the bathroom. The shower worked nice and I really liked that there was full sized Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion in the bathroom. The area is really nice with a lot of shopping and restaurants. Very convenient to 77 so you can pick up and get off quickly for your trip. The front desk staff was very friendly. The only thing that seems crazy to me is there is a mandatory 75.00 pet fee. Not a deposit like most places, just a fee you don’t get back even if your pet doesn’t damage anything. I get it, but a little pricey for a hotel that is already a little overpriced for what it is. Overall, I would recommend.

The staff were very pleasant. The hotel is located close to shopping and dining. The room was clean but in the plumbing fixtures were in terrible condition. The bath tub was cracked and the tub spout was loose. The faucet in the kitchenette leaked. The room door handle jammed so opening the door from the hallway was sometimes a challenge. I reported it but no one came to repair the door handle. The attempts at maintenance were poorly done. The bathtub had been patched, then painted, but not with the correct acrylic paint designed for tubs. The loose bath spout had been glued back on using sealant but that failed and the spout almost fell off when I pulled up the diverter for the shower. I cannot recommend this hotel in its current condition.
