They were in the process of remodeling some of the hotel so certain areas were inaccessible Had a couple of issues that the staff was able to help me successfully resolve. Sitting area I found myself moving chairs and lamps around in so even though I thought it was going to make sense it didn't initially. Not being familiar with area I found myself getting confused on how to get back to the hotel a few times..

It was okay, definitely not what I expected. My first room had a cracked window so they moved me to a different room. None of the rooms have closet space with was a small down sized. I also do not like their process of the deposit showing as a purchase and it's still not back on my card so we will see what happens with that.

I apologize your room didn't have a closet. We are in the process of renovating and are waiting on the new furniture which will include a closet to come in. If you are ever in the area again we hope you will give us another chance.

Our first night was not a good experience. It was running up and down the halls and screaming and loud banging until 4am and we had to be up by 7am. I went down to tell the front desk and she informed me that there was a track team above us and next to us. It was horrible. The breakfast was good, loved the bacon but the next day there was no bacon and the sausage was not pleasant. The hotel was very clean, even the pool area. It was at a perfect location from where we had to commute to for the weekend. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

Just walking in the front doors i had weird feelings about this place. it was stuffy and muggy in the lobby. The front desk staff was great and friendly. Even the elevator was disgusting and dirty. the buttons looked all dirty and worn down. Once i got to the first room immediately as i walked in i could tell it was dirty. Then i look at the bed and there’s a huge black spot on the bed and the pillows looked crazy. This was my first time paying and sleeping in a hotel by myself so i was scared to complain but i went down to the lobby and he changed my room. luckily the new room was a little better but still was not what i was expecting especially because it had just been newly remodeled

We are currently waiting on closets to be delivered, but we do have temporary racks at the front desk to hang clothes on in the rooms. I booked rooms for family and I will never booked for anyone there again. Dirty carpets, stains all around the carpets and walls, mold in bathroom, rust on air conditioning vent, smells humid and all of my family members woke up congested and puff eyes from the rooms lack of ventilation. the worst part of it is my sister found a bug on her bed.

You failed to mention that the manager did hear your concern about the first room and promptly showed you a newer remodeled room the next afternoon. If I could give this place a no star review I would. When first checking in they ask for an ID and a credit card/debit card. They didnt explain why they needed it. The next day i checked out, i checked my bank account, I seen $75 taken out of my account. It was weird because I had already paid my stay in full and they had charged me extra. I called the hotel and asked why they charged me again, the lady did not give any direction whatsoever and explain why they charged me. All she kept saying was that, thats our rules we abide by. Another worker was put on the phone and that was when things escalated. The other worker on the phone was saying that the charge was for a deposit fee. Well, nobody EVER said anything about a deposit fee when checking in on my side it looks like they charged me twice! I was so upset. I asked why didnt they do their job and let me know that there was gonna be a deposit fee beforehand, all the lady said was that she wasnt there so she don't know. She was very rude and hung up on me without ever letting me finish. DO NOT GO THERE EVER! Bad customer service and rude people. Besides the rude people and bad customer service it is a very sketchy area and in the middle of nowhere right beside a highway. When i arrived they were painting the walls and banging the walls for something...I'm sure they were rennovating the place but still, they need to be considerate. Dont go there! Not worth the expense. 0 Stars for me! Thats my 2 cents.

Needs upgrading.
This place needs a lot of upgrades. No coffee pot in room. Floor in shower very unstable. Basic air conditioner. Remote barely worked. I wouldn't recommend.

Expensive for an avg stay that needed maintenance
Facility needed some maintenance. There were five of us so we needed a suite. In the first room the kitchenette sink wasn't connected to a water supply (the water lines were hanging). The second room smelled musty but they gave us an ozone machine that helped. There were only the two options. The staff was very helpful and the brightest part of the stay. Breakfast was average and about par for what you would expect. Disappointed to have to pay so much for a ho hum experience.

This hotel is nicely tucked away. You will never guess how close it is to the highway. The indoor pool is a huge plus! The room was comfy and clean and I loved the large desk so I could work. There were 3 layers of bedding between myself and the mattress (something I always check for). My only suggestion is to update the bathroom. The wall paper was peeling pretty bad...ugly, but not a deal breaker.

Not only was our room clean covered in stink bugs, but our walls were peeling horribly in the bathroom and there was urine in the toilet! When we asked the front desk for a least a different room, they said they “weren’t able to accommodate “ and were extremely rude. Will never be using this chain again.
