「Kitschy, bare bones accommodations with a good bed. Very clean with all the basics anf friendly staff.」

「We’ve stayed at this property a few times over the years and have found it to be perfect for our needs, which is mostly a place to sleep for a reasonable price. It’s not modern but clean and easy to access. 」

「We took this trip in this area so we could travel north, south and east. Room was perfect for what we needed. A little difficult to get the room combo. You have to call a phone number to get the code. Other than that, pretty easy. Cute little creek the runs through the property.」

「I’ve stayed here before and it was lovely; however this time was very different. There is no one who checks you in or can troubleshoot in case you need anything. You call a number (True North)and the young lady says she will get housekeeping. Really? There is NO one there, not even an office anymore. The place is misnamed. It is an older 60’s motel, not a ‘retreat’. The floors were ‘sandy’ and needed vacuuming. The carpet was damp all over. The tv clicker needed batteries. The bed sheets...

「When arriving, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority here. There was broken glass on the bedroom floor, which was hazardous and unacceptable. In addition, the lights did not turn on, making the glass only visible during the daytime. The sheets had many hairs on them, making it obvious that they hadn't been properly cleaned or changed between guests.
