The building is very nice. Be careful when booking to make sure you are getting the right room, because it is not clearly listed on Expedia. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. It’s not like a normal hotel. They clearly do not care about your satisfaction and treated us with a very unprofessional attitude.

Adorable

The room was very nice, but tiny! We did have a comfortable stay, but for some reason, I was expecting more amenities in the room based on the site, but it was very quaint and my husband and I really enjoyed the beautiful patio with flowers in bloom! The immediate area has a great deal of construction going on as the area is experiencing a revitalization/gentrification but this was not a problem. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see and it is located in a truly beautiful city.
