「My wife is severely mobility challenged. The staff were responsive to our needs throughout our three day stay. BUT most outstanding was the effort a staff member made to help us settle in when we first arrived. He opened the outside patio door so she could walk directly into our accommodation. He made sure we were safely ensconced and comfortable. Everything else about the accommodation was excellent, but the staff's caring was extraordinary.」

「The door handle almost fell off from the inside. I managed to get the screws back in so I could lock the room from outside. The fridge freezer was covered in over an inch of ice so I dont think the fridge was as cold as it should.be. the room and bathroom were at least very clean at least.」
