"A beautiful and well situated property in La Flotte. The check in process was challenging because the road leading to the property was closed for construction so it wasn’t possible to drop our luggage off. The manager was very helpful and explained the parking situation and even offered to send a friend to help us with our luggage as the reception was closed until the morning. "Chambre propre et bien aménagé. Le gros souci est que nous sommes arrivés un dimanche et qu'il n'y a pas de réception ce jour là, ni après 18h le reste de la semaine.Il y a une boîte à clés mais le code est envoyé la veille par mail, parti dans les spams et par SMS, jamais reçu. J'ai donc dû réserver dans un autre établissement pour la nuit et ce n'est pas pris en compte par mon entreprise... Le lundi, la réceptionniste m'appelle pour me demander pourquoi je n'ai pas récupéré mes clés la veille....
