"Great customer service. The guy at the front desk of reception was super helpful when I accidentally locked myself out of my suite! Having the restaurant on site is so convenient when you have excursions planned! Didn’t have to wait for a table for breakfast or dinner despite them being busy. The location is convenient. Most places to see in Tadoussac and surrounding areas you would drive to, anyway, so it’s fine that it’s not down the hill in the center of Tadoussac. I give 4 stars because it’s just nice to have things like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms when you stay at a hotel. There’s a nice handmade body and face soap, but otherwise just a 2-in-1 body wash shampoo dispenser."

"Only stayed one night. Description is accurate. Clean. Well equipped. Went over to tadoussac for dinner(very short drive). Not much choose in the immediate area. Kitchen facilities are great so if you have a chance stop at a grocery store and stock up on some supplies. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if we are back this way."

"The Sunset is amazing and staff were very helpful! The rooms are clean but could use an update, maybe painting the brown panelling white would help bring it out of the 70’s era. Parking can be difficult at times due to restaurant on site. We were woken up at 3 am by a few people, who were having a party directly above our room, it was loud enough that a nearby neighbour came to ask them to be quiet!"

"We only stayed 1 night here but it was excellent for us. We got a corner room on the second floor, 2 queen size beds. Everything was very clean. It is a smaller hotel so not a lot of plugs but it's easy to see if you want to use the coffee maker, you just unplug the the tv. Even with the ferry just a short way down the road it actually was very quiet. If I were in the area again and needed a place to sleep for the night I would stay there again. We went for supper at the ChantMartin down the road which the lobby lady recommended and it was good food as well."
