Bom hotel.

Limpeza em geral é boa, mas azulejos do chuveiro precisam de mais atenção. Na garagem encontramos um pouco de lixo espalhado, mas deve ser falta de educação de alguns hóspedes. Café bom, sem exageros, mas deve atender a maioria dos gostos. Atendimento na recepção foi bom e rápido. Para quem gosta de assistir TV, há poucos canais. Não posso avaliar sinal de wifi, pois não usei.

Hotel Bom - cumpre o que promete

Hotel é ok, padrão tri. Único problema é que tínhamos apenas 1 coberta no quarto e foi deixado apenas 1 toalha de banho. Demais, café ok, boa localização, com possibilidade de ir ao shopping andando.

Horrível

Péssima experiência, cama ruim, travesseiros em péssima condição de uso, atendentes do turno da noite extremamente mal educadas, em uma das noites o chuveiro não esquentou liguei na recepção pedindo que viessem ver o que estava acontecendo a atendente simplesmente disse que era normal isso acontecer e que eu deveria esperar.

É impossível ver tv nos quartos. É a segunda vez que fico neste hotel, claro que a gente sai pra conhecer lugares nós arredores, mas o retorno seria bom poder assistir um jornal na tv, aí da que local, mas a imagem é péssima.

Quarto luxo pior que o Standard

Reservei o quarto luxo, onde na realidade é uma enganação. O quarto Standard é mais barato e praticamente igual ao luxo, sendo o Standard maior que o Luxo. (de 17m² para 20m²). O banheiro tinha limo nas paredes do chuveiro e o exaustor estava em curto, fazendo barulho e interrompendo o funcionamento.
