「The hotel is very close to the city centre. You just need a few minutes walk. The room is spacious enough with a nice balcony. The breakfast was nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us to book the bus ticket to Hanoi with a discounted price. The only thing to critise is that there's some smell in the washroom. But it's acceptable. You really can't ask for more with this price.」

「My cottage was very comfortable for the price I paid. It was clean and warm and the staff was more than curtious in every respect. I was offered tea and coffee, breakfast and fruit regularly. My host Joseph spoke English and assisted me with all my needs even sharing cake, conversation with good advice .」

「We experienced a very decent stay in Sapa Horizon Hotel. Room was spacious. The Fansipan mountain view from the balcony was stunning. The bathroom was equipped with a heater which was a great surprise in the cold weather. We travelled to Sapa by overnight train. The check in time was 1:00pm. This lovely hotel offered a shower room for us at 7:00a.m when we arrived Sapa on the first day and they did the same when we left Sapa in the evening. This was absolutely a very heartwarming arrangement...

「This place is beautiful, the view, the pool, all excellent! The food and drinks were great and the staff were so helpful at arranging rides into town or any excursion we wanted! There were a few bugs in the room that the kids didn’t like, but that was likely our fault having a little bit of snacks in the room. 」
