「I complained multiple times and them seem as if the did not care. The hotel was under remodel dust paint everywhere. The pool had nothing no chairs no table a hole and water literally. The elevator stop working told me take the stairs. It was a horrible experience to the point they did not want me to have an extra cover cause people steal them and it was only two per room what’s the point of the sofa bed, but okay. Will definitely be going to another spot and never recommend this place bad with...

「What I liked about the room was it was clean and smelling fresh when I came in it reminded me of my home, but the pool did not work. The washing machines did not work, and the ice machines did not work and when I arrived, I had to wait almost an hour to check in because the computer was down due to the weather and the property it can use better maintenance.」

「The property was clean and new. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was usual cereal and waffles etc. It’s close to downtown medical area where we needed to be. This hotel is very nice and half the price of medical district. Will stay here again.」
