「We’re had visited Crete and we stayed at the village homes Alkistis, is 20 minutes from the Airport and very well known, soon we had arrived at our destination with a large group of people! We supposed to be checking in by 4pm but we were 2 hours early , the lady who is the owner Called Vaia has kingly let us to went to our rented house immediately! Very organised and cleaned , couple of Grocery shops and the beach is 15 minutes walking distance ! Dilma Uk 」

「Quite unique and interesting villa in a quaint little village worth the drive but the grounds around the villa are not looked after at all, the pond with goldfish in it was green and not working, the other pond was even worse. Very limited kitchen facilities, clothes washer and dishwasher smelled moldy, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The Dog next door barked a lot all hours of the day and night. 「What a wonderful property. It was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. We had a beautiful gift from the owners of fresh goodies from the bakery. Perfectly positioned, but very quiet. The host Nikos was AMAZING. Very responsive, respectful, helpful and what an asset to have someone like this looking after your property. Thank-you for making our stay so fabulous. We will stay here again whenever we return. 」

「Big 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Nea Hora in Chania. Beach front. Very big and spacious, modern and clean. We were a family of 4. Each had our own room and bathroom. Some small annoyances: there were ants in the apartment. No cleaning , or change of sheets was offered in our 12 day stay. This needs to be adjusted in terms of policy. But would highly recommend. Also Elia reception gave us prompt responses on What’s up. 」

"I love this hotel and enjoyed my stay here so much! The location is perfect, just within 3 mins walking distance to the old Venetian harbour and nearby attractions. The room was modern designed and decorated. I especially loved the bathroom as the shower area was the spacious one I’ve ever seen. I must mention the FREE breakfast here, the restaurant offers a wide varieties of choices at the buffet bar, additionally, I could order other options from their a la carte menu. The food were all delectable!! I’m impressed by their staff member - Mira, i was truly impressed by her passion for work. All of the staff members here are amiable, polite and helpful. With this top-notch accommodation and service, it really value for money."
