Clean, comfy, and attractions, restaurants and bars are walkable. Easy check-in with a very kind and helpful host who made us feel welcome right away. Just note that there is no elevator and you will have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs to your room. Overall, an amazing stay and we would happily return.

The hotel is very clean and has a very good location right in chania old town, the staff were super helpful and friendly and made us feel right at home. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and it was the highlight, cant wait to come back again one day!

The most gorgeous little hotel, with spacious, clean, modern rooms. My room had a balcony which was absolutely dreamy to sit on morning and night to watch the street below. The bed was incredibly comfy, the room was decorated beautifully, with water bottles provided each day in the fridge (which had good storage space for a solo trip!) and an easy to use Nespresso machine. Katerina, the host, was beyond helpful and so kind to me. She provided a homemade map of the area with recommendations of restaurants, bars and sights all in walking distance. Also it had beach information, and she was very happy to help arrange travel and excursions I may want to do. As a solo female traveller I appreciated this so much, Katerina was a ray of sunshine each day and I felt well taken care of. The only thing to note is that the taverna & bar directly opposite are open late with music & chatting - on a Saturday the bar was particularly loud until maybe 3am. For me this enhanced the experience as there was always some atmospheric Greek music playing if I had the window open! It did not bother me at all, it was very atmospheric and i LOVED it - but if you are a light sleeper or go to bed very early then this is something to bear in mind.

Perfect central spot

Katerina was most welcoming and gave us great recommendations. The area was perfect. Easy access to everything but as soon as you turned onto the street it was located in, it was very quiet and peaceful. A nice gentle hubbub from the restaurant below in the evenings but no loud noise. Was very surprised to hear the odd review claiming it was noisy?! Room was big enough for our 4 nights and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.

Katerina and the rest of the staff were amazing, kind and very helpful people. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay of 10 days at Viaggio. I highly recommend, perfect location close to the old town and in a quiet alley way for peaceful evenings.

Prime location with easy access to the city centre, set on a beautiful and peaceful street. The room was sparkling clean, and the host was very kind and attentive. We’ll definitely come back if we choose to stay in Chania city centre again

Very attentive and helpful owner! Seeing her smiling face and getting positive greetings every morning made us make a very enthusiastic start of the day. Very clean and spacious rooms, nice facilities. Location is at the hearth of Chania. Walking distance to everywhere. (Be careful if you have a car. Convinient parking places are between 5-10 min walking distance and finding available parking places can be a little bit challenging) We were just feeling home during our entire stay. Hilhly recommended!

The Viaggio Elegant Rooms was a great place to stay in Chania, Greece. The hotels vibes matched that of the Old Town area. It was very clean and just adorable. The manager was very helpful and always available for anything you needed. The hotel is centrally located for exploration and shopping. I highly recommend.
