Super clean room with modern amenities. Loved the wine, raki amd water. Great location. This was my favorite hotel in longer trip. Would have preferred to stay longer.

Excellent location with easy walk to seafront. Suites are excellent with great facilities for eating in. Maria was tremendous and responsive to facilitating any query you had and Olivia was brilliant at looking after us and our accommodation. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great stay!

This was a beautiful room and a fantastic patio in a great location. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. A few things to note, this isn't a hotel that has a reception, but Maria was so helpful and speedy responding to us via WhatsApp. She also proactively reached out to us with all kinds of information and tips for our stay. There was no parking so we had to park about 5 minutes away. Also, if you are someone who has mobility issues, please note you will need to carry your luggage up stairs, our room was two flights up. Just a couple of things that we weren't aware of before we stayed there but again we absolutely loved the property and the staff were fantastic. They even went over and above and kept our luggage in a different room after we checked out so that we wouldn't have to leave it in our car

Un bon choix !

Très belle chambre, très bien placée pour visiter la vieille ville. Bel accueil. La femme de ménage qui est venue faire les lits des enfants est un vrai rayon de soleil ! Pour le petit déjeuner, le partenariat avec un café-bar sur le port est un pur bonheur ! Seul petit inconvénient à noter si besoin: difficulté à trouver une place de parking dans les environs de l’immeuble. Il faut aller à un parking public plus loin côté mer. Mais cela ne nous empêcherait pas d’y retourner une autre fois !

Romslig leilighet, med stor takterrasse, god seng og frokost servert på en bra restaurant like ved. Alt virker nytt og fint og vi ble ønsket velkommen med vin og fruktfat. Her kommer vi helt sikkert tilbake.

Fantastisk

Sikke en oplevelse og service . Beliggenhed er i top tæt på den gamle havn . Terrasse er helt fantastisk . Frugt og vin og vand til velkomst og det mest hjælpsomme personale. Lidt svært med parkering men fik også her hjælp og ja lidt støj fra gaden men kun ude på terrassen . Vil helt sikkert komme tilbage

Rekommenderas varmt!

Verkligen toppen lägenhet som har allt. Fräscht, fantastiskt sköna sängar, och balkong med trevlig utsikt mot den gamla muren, och den lagom livliga gatan nedanför. Läget var toppen-bara ett par minuters promenad till hamnen där det serverades fantastisk frukost och inte mycket längre till gamla stan. Funkade jättebra med våra två barn, 2 och 5 år. Nikoleta är varm och generös, mycket tillmötesgående. Tack för oss! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Nival Luxury Suites. We had one of the suites with a roof terrace. The room was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, with little touches like a welcome bottle of wine and fruit bowl. The terrace is huge with great views and lovely for an evening drink/spot of sunbathing. Breakfast is served at a waterfront restaurant a few minutes walk away and was a lovely way to start the day. Nikoleta is a wonderful host and very understanding when our ferry was delayed in the way in. SHe happily arranged a late check-in, gave us a list of local restaurants/bars and arranged a taxi for us when we left. We loved our time in Chania and would highly recommend Nival!

Pequeño Hotel de 5 Habitaciones. Limpio, centrico y cerca del puerto. Muy recomendables las suites 4 y 5 por su terraza eterior perfectamente equipada para disfrutar de una velada o tomar el sol durante el día.

Great location for independent travellers wanting

This is a nice spacious studio and ensuite. Ours had two balconies. Good quiet air-conditioning. Great location. Helpful staff though only there at checking. Don't rely on googlemaps for directions as some of the streets into the old town are no entry! Parking a bit tricky but true anywhere in Chania. V close to great market, supermarket and hundreds of bars, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast is at a lovely waterfront cafe with full set menu and no need for lunch after. Good place if you don't want a hotel or have a child with you. Small fridge and microwave but fine for lunch/snacks. All in good condition and comfortably furnished.

The hotel was beautiful, well worth the price

The terrace room on the top was WONDERFUL. Nikoleta is a wonderful, kind lady who is there to help every step of the way. From our arrival (there were 3 of us), she arranged a taxi from the airport and even though we arrived very late, it was no problem at all. This hotel is AMAZING because it also provides free breakfast vouchers for the Pallas Cafe right on the Chania Port harbor, and its BEAUTIFUL! We ate breakfast most days here, and were quite satisfied. The rooms are cleaned nicely each and every morning at about noon. When you get back to your room from milling about the city, it looks like it was brand new. Also, the hotel provides welcome wine and fruit, and it was a nice touch to have alongside a wonderful stay. If you have the money, the terrace rooms at the top of the hotel are a MUST HAVE. The terrace is one of the most amazing things about this hotel that not many others have. There are only 2, so make sure you book it quickly! Overall, the stay at this hotel was wonderful and made our stay in Chania that much more comfortable. Thank you so much Nikoleta!
