The property is in a residential area so you really feel like you're in traditional Crete. We were so pleased to find a light and airy apartment on arrival. It was really clean and well decorated. It was nice to find things like beach umbrellas, books, inflatables etc. in the communal areas that we were able to use. There is a fabulous restaurant over the road that is much cheaper than the places in town and offers a really nice variety of traditional Cretan food. The staff were so lovely and helpful and they made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking is really easy and you can walk into the town from the apartment.

We stayed at Chania Urban Living in August and were pleasantly surprised by the neighborhood and most of all the wonderful host and staff. It really made a difference to have such an amazing host that provided the most organized Informational Booklet with over 15 restaurants, wineries, excursions, where to go shopping, best beaches, etc. Our host had a rental car delivered to us, she arranged an amazing cooking class for us, and essentially responded timely to any and all requests. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this location to anyone!

Aggeliki was an outstanding host-warm, helpful, and full of fantastic recommendations that made my trip truly memorable. She patiently answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. Equally impressive was the housekeeping service. The housekeeper did a phenomenal job -everything was spotless, fresh, and clearly cared for with pride. Coming back to such a beautifully maintained space each day made a huge difference in my comfort and experience. With a perfect combination of top-notch service, welcoming hospitality, and a great location, Chania Urban Living is a standout choice. I'd definitely stay again!

A gorgeous roof top penthouse apartment , very clean and spacious enough for 2. Although we didn’t meet the owner they will do anything to make your stay as good as possible. They can book taxis, book trips rent cars etc. we stayed 4 nights and the bedding and towels were changed after 2 nights. The beach and town centre is about 30 mins walk which we don’t mind a taxi is about 6 euros. We would definitely stay again . Lovely restaurant and bakery across the rd

The door key was not properly working (fixed after telling the clean lady), the bathroom door was very noisy and we were worried it could crack (as it is all glass), the microwave door button was defective, as well as the kitchen lights. Es ist halt ein Airbnb . Alles läuft über WhatsApp . Penthaus hat sich voll gelohnt . Ales war picobello sauber . Tavernen und Lebensmittelläsen fussläufig. Ins Zentrum von Chania läuft man ca. 30 min . Kaffee Zucker , Wasser sogar Bier gab’s schon in der Unterkunft . Parken entweder vor dem Gebäude an der Strasse oder hinterm Gebäude auf dem eigen Parkplatz .

Confort, propreté, belle déco, lit extra et balcon, en plus d’un stationnement. Tout y est pour s’y sentir chez soi et ce fut le cas. Un petit bémol pour le quartier qui n’offre pas beaucoup de services autour. Il faut marcher une bonne quinzaine de minutes pour trouver une épicerie potable, ce qui n’est pas la mer à boire. Pas de restos non plus. On peut marcher jusqu’à La Canée en 25 à 30 minutes. Attention aux voitures qui roulent vite!

Il y avait à l’entrée un petit bureau avec de l’information pour louer une voiture, faire des excursions, commander des repas aux restaurants. Une épicerie, petite mais contenant tout, est à 2 minutes de marche. L’autobus passe rarement. Il faut 35 minutes de marche pour se rendre au vieux port. Ma seule plainte: des chiens qui jappent très, très souvent et longtemps.

Modern Chania Apartment

My family and I stayed here and loved the accommodations. It is located within 1 mile of the center of town, there is a close small grocery store, a coffee shop, and a bakery. A little further out is a larger grocery store. Aggeliki is a wonderful host. She greeted us at the apartment and showed us around. She has a book that explains all the house amenities, Restaurants to visit, nearby attractions. She even arranged for transportation from the airport to the hotel. We couldn’t ask for a better host!
