"Nice place to stay, but it got off to a bad start at check-in. There was a problem with my booking. The clerk was accusatory, argued with me when I wasn’t arguing with her, and was overly aggressive in personality. Don’t know why she felt the need to be so loud either. That was the last thing I wanted to deal with after a very long day of traveling. After having to deal with her unpleasantness, everything else went smooth. The hostel itself is very nice. Top Chania Hotel Reviews

Domes Noruz Chania, Autograph Collection - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"Loved the hotel property, the spa was excellent, great pool and poolside drinks, took feedback well on some tiny points to resolve and enjoyed our stay"

Minoa Palace Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Super service de la part de tout le membre du personnel de l’hôtel, des espaces extérieurs et des restaurants. Les chambres étaient très propres et spacieuses, les piscines et l’espace plage sont très bien entretenus. Le buffet du déjeuner proposait plusieurs choix et tout était délicieux. Expérience 5 étoiles, nous y retournerons"

Monastery Estate Venetian Harbor

10/10 Excellent

"Absolutely wonderful stay! Staff was lovely, accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Everything was also spotlessly clean. There are not enough superlatives for how wonderful this hotel is. The ruins inside are also so cool! Definitely a must stay!"
