「Pros: Fantastic location if you’re looking to stay near the old town harbor in Chania. It was the highlight of our vacation for my husband. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the harbor…incredible view…so we were able to enjoy the music and view from our room and when we wanted to retire for the night, we could simply close the door and hear nothing. 「The one bed suite was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of sun loungers and tables outside including own chairs directly outside room. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Short walk via hill into town. Ideal place for exploring hiking trails and Platanias. No shop or restaurant on site but plenty in local area so not an issue. Pool a decent size and well maintained. Great view.」

「We were warmly greeted everyday by the staff!! They were very helpful on every level! Our room came with a plate of fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and oranges with a couple bottles of water in the fridge. Yum!! There was always a plate of cookies and candies at the front desk too. Very conveniently located with 1/2 block to the bus stop, and 1 block to the grocery store one way or the GORGEOUS beaches the other. 「Everything was perfect, stuff was kind and helpfull, nice pool with sunbeds, also the tasty food!」

「The location was good and the staff were helpful however we did experience 4 powercuts while we stayed here, one of which meant I had to leave without being able to do my hair and another one meant I had to have a cold shower and get ready in the dark. The staff were relatively quick to resolve the issue (20 mins) but it was a little frustrating. Otherwise was a good stay and I would recommend」

「Really was happy to see a grocery store down below the apartment building..The women at the front desk of the “sister “ hotel, Elia Sea Suites, were Very helpful!! They arranged tours for us and let my granddaughters swim at the pool at the Hotel a few times. The Hotel has airport transfers and when we finally arrived after 4 flights from the USin at 11:40 pm they were there waiting for us..」
