「很好的体验服务环境都不错」

「The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania.」

「Hotel is new and in great condition. Spacious room, large bathroom, great balcony only a few meters from the crushing waves. Wonderful restaurant right on top of the waves. Two beautiful pools, one of them overlooking the sea and only a few meters away from it. Great beach right in front of the hotel, ultra long beach to walk either way. Only downside is the breakfast ; although it gives the basics that you expect, it does not offer any local delicacies. 」

「We had a good experience in one night stay here on 8/5. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Our suite is clean, spacious, with good kitchen facilities. A supermarket is right across street. The only concern is the bathtub that is too high and narrow for aged people. Joanne from NYC」

「Il nostro soggiorno è stato a dir poco fantastico. Sin dal primo momento, siamo rimasti colpiti dalla pulizia delle stanze, che brillavano. Comoda anche la piccola cucina dotata anche di microonde ed un frigo piccolo ma funzionante benissimo. L'attenzione ai dettagli si è estesa anche alla piscina, tenuta molto bene e mai troppo affollata, permettendoci di rilassarci in totale tranquillità. 「Nous avons adoré nos 5 nuits à cet hôtel. La piscine était parfaite pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée. Le personnel à l’accueil était très accueillant et nous a bien aidé dans nos recherches. Elles n’ont pas hésité à faire des appels pour nous afin de faire des réservations. Le seul point négatif est que l’eau embouteillée et le café n’étaient fournis que la première journée. Par contre, il y a un petit marché à 2 minutes de marche. Très pratique ! Nous avons aussi adoré le petit restaurant...
