"The hotel provides a clean, quiet place to rest your head at night as you explore Seoul during the day. It's centrally located in Gangnam - so easy to get wherever you want to go. I stayed here for 2 weeks visiting my daughter, and I was really pleased with my stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel The hotel was excellent overall, and everyone we encountered was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The staff were always happy to answer our questions and assist us with anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—honestly, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever experienced. If I could give the breakfast six stars, I would! The only disappointment was our room. We had a standard room, and it was rather small and felt quite dated, as though it had not been renovated in many years. The room itself was very clean, but the beds were extremely hard. The mattresses also seemed quite old, and unfortunately, we found them very uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the room and especially the beds, everything else about the hotel was fantastic. The wonderful staff, excellent service, and truly exceptional breakfast made our stay a very positive experience."

For a reputable brand like Shilla, the price point offers incredible value for money. Breakfast Buffet: Absolutely top-notch. The selection and food quality were so impressive that I didn't even need to eat lunch after having breakfast here. Exceptional Staff: All staff members were very friendly and welcoming. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Annie, who truly made my stay memorable. She was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and always greeted me with a warm smile whenever we crossed paths. The room was clean and comfortable, and I will definitely be staying here again on my future trips!"
