실수도 금방 잘 대처해주는 만족스런 호텔
업그레이드 예약이 잘못되었는데, 바로 고객의 말을 신뢰하여 즉각 대처했어요. 나중에 업그레이드확인문자 보여주자 추가 서비스도 제공해주어서 만족해요. 예약을 하다보면 실수할 수도 있는 것인데, 거기에 상응하는 보상을 해주니 직원들의 듬직함에 다음에 또 이용하려고요.

무료 사우나는 무조건 좋음!! 다만, 조금 오래된 느낌??
가족탕이 아닌 콘도타입이었는데 오래된 호텔의 느낌 그대로였습니다. 물론 침대 2개(더블+싱글)으로 가족여행시 가성비는 있다고 생각되나 집기의 낡음으로 사용하기가 꺼려졌습니다. 그렇지만 숙박한다면 1층 사우나 무료 사용할 수 있습니다. 온천을 느끼시고 싶다면 추천드립니다.
