"Everything is find except the food quality at the breakfast and overall. Breakfast was free but the dinner was way too expensive for the quality. I couldn’t eat anything in that buffet as everything was so spicy and tasteless. I paid over 1000 rupees and left eating just curd rice as everything else was too spicy and tasteless "

"Pros: The hotel and rooms are very clean, and the hot showers are excellent. The complimentary hot breakfast is also delicious. Improvements: It would be helpful if breakfast started a bit earlier. Additionally, be sure to review your invoice carefully after checkout. During our stay, we had small correction ; also we noticed three other families raising concerns about incorrect charges on their bills."

It's convenient location on the main road is perfect, just minutes from temples, food options, and easy access to Tirumala. We felt truly taken care of from arrival to departure including getting support for shopping, getting detail information about the places and darshan. Highly recommend for families visiting Tirupati!
