The only thing I would change is the shower curtains because the inside one blows into the shower when the water is on.

Chandler is a small town, I was skeptical to find a hotel that wasn't older. This is a really nice hotel, it's located off the main highway, so quieter. Very nice place and staff.

This is a nice, clean safe hotel. Staff is friendly. Occasional train horn but not too the fault of the hotel. Would stay here again.

Front desk was friendly and helpful and the housekeeping was very kind and respectful. Will definitely be staying here again when I come to visit family.

This hotel was great. Comparing it with other hotels I’ve stayed in that are similarly priced, this one is so much better in so many ways. Clean, room quality, staff friendliness…top notch!

Fairly new Hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean & everything was sufficient. Breakfast was good & they had a great selection. Location was perfect.

The rooms were pretty clean. The desk staff was helpful most of the time. I was unable to have my room cleaned when i was there because i didn't have a special placard to hang on my door. Breakfast bar is minimal. No juice. No cellular coverage at the hotel anywhere.

Almost great!
The place was very clean, the room wonderful, the people were as friendly as could be. Ok the down side we wanted to be on the first floor but no rooms were available. So we took the third floor that was open well as luck would have it the elevator quit working. If it wasn't for that I would have given a 5 star rating.

I love the fact that it is located in Chandler, TX because now I don’t have to drive into Tyler, TX for a hotel room. What I didn’t like is the elevator was broken and my husband and son was trapped in it. With dogs on the second floor it was difficult to take them out to potty.
