「Clean hotel and room. Nice location」

「A nice and comfortable place to stay in Dalhousie. The peaceful environment makes it ideal for relaxing and spending quality time with family. Overall, a pleasant experience.」

「This is the only upscale hotel I could find in Pathankot. It's new, clean and quaint. I love the pool design and layout. The staff is extremely helpful but there were some hiccups to overcome. For example, water leaking from light fixture requiring me to downgrade to a smaller available room, served uncooked chicken, housekeeper entered my room without permission or knocking or ringing the doorbell, late responses from the reception team. I truly believe this place can be one of the "greats"...

「One of the best sunset i have ever seen, just wow. And yes their hospitality is great too. It is siuated inside Kalatop forest area and its in the middle of Dalhousie and Khajjiar.」

「Worst stay. The property itself was not clean. The hotel claims to be 4-star but it’s not.」

「Excellent staff! Great spacious room. Clean and functional washroom. Some technical difficulties; there was power outage few times due to cold weather. During our 5 night stay, their internet was not functional because the technician never came to fix. Room service is very good, especially they have awesome chai. 」

「It was good experience overall , the only negative point is that it was bit far from gandhi chownk (50 mins almost ) and i booked this one by mistake bcoz another hotel with the same name exist in gandhi chowk」

「Clean and safe ..friendly staffs. It is fairly good price for a little place. Two tumbs up ..Han n Winnie from Canada 」
