Absolutely Parfait!! Top shelf service around every corner - Warm service from the Valets to the Front Desk to the Restaurants' Staff to the Spa Support Staff! The property is very beautiful and elegant. Slick understated Euro elegance... (James Bond must have stayed here at some point!) The panoramic views of Epernay and the valley are amazing and continue to change with the colors of the sky as the day and evening progress... We look forward to our next visit!

Spectacular views and exceptional amenities!
This is an amazing hotel in a remote location with beautiful amazing spectacular views wonderful amenities and very comfortable high quality rooms. The spa and pool area are exceptional. The only negative is the service in the main restaurant is lacking. It was hard to order food or drinks or get anyone to pay attention to you.

Stunning views over Epernay
The location and view are stunning. The rooms are spectacular. Sadly the restaurant service (the terrace restaurant, not their Michelin star) was quite slow at times and the food was better in other restaurants we visited. Overall a great stay though.

Room and property was beautiful and it seemed like it was going well but the visit went downhill fast. The steam room was broken and the pool unheated. Housekeeping didn’t service our room until we asked in the evening. When we attempted to discuss, the front desk essentially blamed us for leaving the do not disturb sign on which we didn’t do and insisted the pool was 28c/82f. Impossible. The pool was freezing. I’ll bet the pool heater is the same unit as the steam room. We checked out at noon with one person on duty but on the phone at the desk. I’m not sure we even got a thank you wave nod after leaving the keys on the desk. The in-room faux espresso machine died after a few pods. A glass of champagne was offered to compensate for all the issues.. Um thanks, but no. They claim to offer amenities, charge you for them, and then don’t uphold their end of the deal. It was so disappointing. I don’t know what else to say. Bottom line is they didn’t have their act together and they need to do better. A lot better.

Everything is beautiful. Absolute perfection. 12/10! The restaurant staff however is not at the level of the rest of the hotel. Such a perfect hotel will require excellent service and the Bellevue ( their more casual restaurant) staff always seemed to be scrambling and a bit confused. Menus lack vegetarian options which was typical almost everywhere in france. Breakfast is also a bit underwhelming. We stayed in other 5 star properties where breakfasts were beautifully presented. I believe the restaurants are the only area for improvement. Aesthetically it is perfection. Perfect for couples. You will need a car though. Nothing around in walking distance however the views are magnificent!

Excellent location, views and scenery. Hotel is equipped and designed to very high standard. Unfortunately it has probably received its 5* rating because of this, not the level of service or efficiency of the staff. You can tell it hasn't been opened that long as the staff lack fluidity that comes with seamless 5* service. I did feed this back to both the Restaurant Manager and Hotel Manager who will hopefully both take the feedback on board. The hotel has potential to be fantastic.

Love this hotel!!!
There is no words to describe how good my stay in this hotel! Everything is wonderful there and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed. From the moment we checked in till checked out, I feel so glad that I chose this hotel for my Champagne region visit. We got an upgrade to the Royal room which has a spacious balcony overlooking the vinyards and the city of Epernay. The room itself is very big, clean and stylish (I like how they use the wood throughout the room). The mini bar is also included in the room. We literally stayed there for lunch, dinner and breakfast and every meal are amazing along with a fantastic view. Service is also great except that there was a night that this waiter was so pushy and keep asking if we are ready to order! But I think the manager noticed and switched the waiter. The concierge was also very nice and he recommended and planned our Champagne day visit. He booked the local winery and taxi for us for the day. He even welcomed us back after the day and he was extremely friendly. The spa there was also very nice. Can't miss! Definitely will come back again!
