「We booked an ‘arty’ room, really comfy bed and nice & quiet. Secure overnight parking, ideal stop off point from France to UK. A little out of town but if it’s just a rest stop you need then it’s ideal. Really nice bar area, super dog friendly & nice food served in the restaurant (opens at 7pm and food isn’t available before that, although the lady behind the bar kindly heated us up a pizza as we were ravenous!) 「What a lovely hotel this is! Our guest room was a very nice size, clean and comfortable. I loved the shower, and the extra soft, plush bathrobes. We enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop patio after a day of sightseeing. There is also an intimate bar in the basement. I cannot emphasize how kind, helpful and very hardworking the entire staff was.
