「Wonderful hotel experience. Beautiful chateau, fabulous staff, and fantastic restaurants. 」

「Extremely comfortable hotel to stay in with great facilities. The staff are very friendly and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The location around the hotel is a little under developed, but other than that it works very well. Also worth noting that the car park is in the adjacent building. Worth letting the reception team know so you can get a reduced parking rate for your stay given the affiliation they have with the car park. Overall would recommend. 」

Particularly noteworthy is the hotel’s superb location, just steps from the cathedral, the Cœur de Troyes, and the enchanting old town, with its charming timber-framed houses, inviting cafés, and excellent restaurants. A delightful base from which to explore this historic and picturesque city.」

「酒店的服務非常好,入住前兩次電郵問我是否要幫我預訂些什麼,到達時前台的服務也很貼心。但房間衛生程度不合格。入住第一天,送給客人的巧克力已經打開,枕頭上有頭髮,地毯有上一位客人留下的食物,估計根本沒有更換床舖,我入住的幾天應該也不會換床舖。每天清潔都很隨便,浴袍髒了也沒更換,忘記給我們新的棉簽。以這個房價而論是不可接受」
