"We enjoyed our stay at Les Balcons du Savoy. The room was clean and comfortable for 2 people. Our balcony was roomy with a spectacular view of Mont Blanc. The kitchen was well equipped. The property was a short walk from the main shopping street in a quiet area. A ski bus (#14) stopped a few steps from the hotel. The elevator stopped working for one day but luckily was quickly repaired. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"We always love staying at Le Cristal de Jade when visiting Chamonix; it’s our go-to place! The property is beautifully maintained, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax after a day out in the mountains. One area for improvement would be ensuring the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. During our last stay, we noticed it wasn’t as spotless as we’ve come to expect. "The hotel is very close to the lifts and walkable to the shops. Our room was slightly less comfortable for our family. The view off the balcony was a roof. Thankfully the mountains towered above the roof, so the view was gorgeous. The sink leaked constantly and the TV did not work reliably.
