We liked proximity to town and the modern feel of the hotel. Staff were very helpful. We were disturbed on a couple of nights with partying in the street despite having windows and doors firmly closed).

Booked this hotel last year under Accor group, Mercure. However, they were aquired by Lykke during our stay.The half board option that we booked was really disappointing! We stayed 2 nights at the hotel & the food served was the same, despite having different menu. After staying in so many hotels that provide meal options, this is the first time i've experience this. 1st night, we had daily vegetable soup, the catch of the day (fish) & chicken breast pasta with mushroom sauce. 2nd night, daily vegetable soup was the same and the main course was supposed to be duck confit but we were told it was not available & we were given chicken breast with vegetable in the same mushroom sauce that was used for the pasta previous night! The reason given was that we did not reserve for the duck confit earlier. Regardless, the hotel should have allocated enough ingredients for the people who has booked half board. Also it doesnt seem to be full at the restaurant, so i wonder how many portions of duck confit did they prepare. The other option of catch of the day(fish is not fresh) was exactly the same as pervious night as well! We did feedback to the staff that night. I don't recommend to add on the half board option. There're better restaurants around the corner. The hotel rooms was clean nicely renovated. Drinking water provided. WC & shower is separated. No camera at room corridor.Coincidently, a cup of yellow liquid was placed right at our doorstep, not sure if it's a prank.

Location was amazing, the staff was great. Loved the morning breakfast. High quality European breakfast. Easy walk to busses for skiing. Bars, shopping, and restaurants all within a block to a few minutes walk. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, steps from shopping, eating, right beside the train station. Totally walkable. Bus pick up for skiing is right across the pedestrian bridge by train station. Would stay again!

Spa and swimming pool not even finished!!! Your site was advertising and showing pictures of spa facilities, which is very very misleading. Gym is just for show, there was nothing there that can be of any use to average gym goer.

Conveniently located in the center, next to the train station (very quite though). A bit of a waliking distance to the Ski bus stops, which might be a challenge with the skis. Half-board is available, but the menue doesn't change through the week. Ratger snall bathroom even by the European standards. Everything else and the stuff were excellent!

Hotel is old with some rooms refurbished to a shabby, cheap decor, green carpet and cheap fixtures of a hostel. Standard rooms are small and not cozy. Lobby which supposedly has been upgraded, features plastic tree decor that belongs in a kindergarten. Awkward layout for breakfast, you’re either running into people or the plastic trees. Employees have no clue about directions. Stay away!!

Everything was perfect about the Hotel. From the friendly and informative staff (all of the front desk crew especially Matil, and 3 others, the fantastic breakfast buffet spread (halal sausages was a plus point for Muslims), the location is fantastic just 5 mins walking to the train station and 10 mins walking to town. We are thinking of coming back soon and hope to get the same room (room 104) again for that stay!

Hotel is not complete
We were in the new section which were still in construction and we had to cross thé Road for thé réception and thé breakfast Also the main lobby to get to our room look really sad and was too dark(not enough lights) The room we had give View of the Mountain but unfortunatly had construction site and Big container of trash thé price should have been lower for this reason Also it’s called hôtel and Spa but thé spa is not ready yet And service at réception is good but long But I think Next year they will maybe have finish construction and will have thé spa but for this year didn’t like my expérience there

This is a great location as it is just a short walk to town and the lift. There was a bit of noise from people outside late at night but everything else was excellent. Staff was very accommodating and food was great.

The staff was extremely helpful and as accommodating. Providing drinking water stations at every floor is an amazing commodity. We stored luggage here for 10 days which was simple and inexpensive. Close to everything but not on the main strip. Exceptional breakfast buffet. Highly recommend.

Love the view from our room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. However there was some loud music from a nearby establishment in the evening both nights we were staying. The hotel offers a nice view of the mountain but it is also close to the train station, so you can hear the train passing and the loud music until like 9pm. The room could get very hot at night in late June/ early July if you close all the windows during your sleep.

But beyond that, Chamonix being very eco-oriented, the government suggested wants to make this almost compulsory. Excellent place in Chamonix
Great location, but actually it's not a real 4 star. The refrigerator was not in its designated place. The separated toilets (an advantage) but without a separate sink. The shower does not really prevent wetting outside the shower. The carpet is not clean. The heating barely worked.

The hotel location is perfect it is accesable by car but you can also walk to center with few steps. The breakfast was good the only egg option is scrambled there is not even boilled eggs. We had problem with the reception checking in and checking out they were very rude and unhelpfull. We arrived at the totel around 2.00 pm and the reception lady told us that the check in starts at 4.00pm I asked her if she could ask may be the room is ready withouth asking she said it is not ready. There was a gentelman with a walky talky look like the manager he called and learned that the room was ready and we were able to check in. When we were checking out we see that there was a charge of breakfast for the first date we told her it is wrong and ask to clear it as breakfast for one person is 22 euro and we were group of 4 she act as if it is our mistake we had to wait 10 minutes as she called many places she did not even apologise for the mistake and waste our time. Other than the receptioners other staf were friendly and helpfull. The train railroad just behind te hotel but there are not much trains so it did not bother us.

The hotel.is in the heart of chamonix surrounded by restaurants and shops.not far from the ski slopes

We had a view of Mont Blanc, which was just simply stunning to wake up to every morning. The room was beautiful and well equipped and very homely and cosy. Staff were friendly and water refills were available throughout. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend. Only downfall for me, was that in my opinion, the breakfast wasn't worth the cost (if not included in your package). But other than that, I loved everything about the hotel.

staff is not friendly, but is not rude. Hotel is clean but some area still smell of dog.

Very close to everything in Chamonix- the train station, the Aiguille du Midi, restaurants and shopping. Easy parking option (though expensive). Good breakfast, nice, clean room, welcoming staff.
