After questioning it twice and confirming I didn't request any extras they have now said it was for parking. This apartment is well located to facilities, offering secure parking on site. While there was considerable traffic noise at peak times, the noise abated during the night and the bed was very comfortable. The host is very helpful, kind and informative.
