「飯店房數很少很清淨，房間整潔寬敞 員工大部分都很親切 但我們預定了泳池景觀的房間，實際入住時卻是給我們邊間看不到泳池的房間，wifi的訊號非常差，不站在門邊根本收不到⋯房間吹風機也是壞的，盥洗用品比一般旅館還簡陋 僅提供洗髮精沐浴乳肥皂，沒有提供牙刷牙膏刮鬍刀，飯店簡介中並無告知⋯ 希望可以再加強服務品質」
