「We had a car, so we were a bit concerned about parking, but the parking garage was easily accessible and super convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The temperature is regulated in the room, so if you are used to sleeping in a cooler environment, it might be a bit warm.」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. 」

「The location of this property was perfect! There was a bike rental place just minutes up the road and the beach with kayak rentals a few minutes walking distance. Old town Annecy was less than a 10 minute walk up the street for us. Plenty of restaurants and sites and shopping all within walking distance. The staff was helpful and friendly and the cleaning service was the best I’ve had in a long time. They did not have a room ready for my son and me when we arrived but they locked up our luggage...

At last, I ask the receptionist who has golden moustache help me to check and call the shops one by one. However, all in Swiss are sold out. Until he finds one in France so that my daughter can play fireworks 」
