「Very nice Chateau with modern and clean rooms. Walking between the main castle and the house with hotel rooms is a bit inconvenient but ok. The restaurant for dinner was busy and perhaps under-staffed. We experienced quite a wait to order and I had to ask literally 5-times to get a bottle of water. The food was good and the waiters were generally nice. 」

「Had a nice stay. The parking lot was secure, the room was clean, and the air conditioner worked. I would stay again.」

「We stayed as a couple, in one of the lake view rooms. The room was a bit small for a double room, but the view more than made up for that. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, but not too involved in our stay (in a good way). The hotel is 45 minutes walk from Annecy, along a very safe path. The hotel hire e-bikes, and this was a highlight for us as we rode around the lake - 4 hours to do approx 40KM. We aren't bike people but this was so good! Views to die for」

「Old building, everything you see is old. The closet door can't even close. Room is clean, size is decent, bed was okay. But you can clearly hear the voice from next door. And the wifi is like doesn't exist, you can only connect the wifi in bathroom and still super weak reception. The bathroom is suuuper small, the shower can fit 1 skinny person with standstill. 」

「The room was nice and clean although the pillow was too soft for my liking, they do provide an extra pillow however. The breakfast was average ( boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, croissant, pain au chocolate, tea coffee, water, bread cheese, fruit and yoghurt). To get to Geneva city centre there is the number 64 bus next to the hotel which takes you to a tram which you then board to get to Geneva Cornavin. To get to the airport, the hotel provided me with a link to book the shuttle bus which cost...
