Hotel managed to re arrange our airport pickup when we got an earlier flight with no hassle. Alan the taxi guy was lovely. Reception and room porter were very friendly. Lovely room and thanks to John our room cleaner. Good choice of food. Cocktails were way too strong. Service at bars and restaurants ...

Great villa with a very nice pool. There was 24hr security and free parking for our rental scooter. We were able to contact John easily via WhatsApp for any issues or recommendation requests we had. Great stay!

The receptionist, I believe her name was Tricia, is very communicative, warm, and inviting. Their service was excellent, we had a great time there, and I would definitely recommend it and return.
