「We arrived early in the morning and they didnt acknowledge my email notifying that, they made us wait until 3 pm for check in. they put me and my friend in two different locations. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING... the hotel description is very details in everything else that you will not be able to see that or look for that is a trap. also I asked for two toilet rolls and the lady told m they can only put one. I never encounter such a cheap administration in such a prime area... i dont know if I...

「The location is great, so many amazing spots walkable from the hotel. The staff were very kind and the light breakfast in the mornings was a nice touch. We had to ask a few times for more towels as they were not automatically given after the room was cleaned. The room cleaning wasn’t very thorough but tidy enough. Overall a good stay. 」

「Lugar seguro y agradable. la terraza es fenomenal. baño y cocina un poco descuidado o viejo. no se ve tan limpio y bonito como la sala, habitación y areas comunes.. sugiero cambiar el sentido a la puerta de la nevera porque abre atravesado y es incomodo. es facil de hacer el cambio de sentido y ya trae la opción de fabrica para adaptarlo. 」

「Would of left a good review if I was given the proper room. I paid extra for a city view room and was given a room on the 5th floor with a back alley view. Followed up with the owner and they did not care and said this is what i booked. Extremely unethical people. Would not recommend.」
