I booked a room that stated 3-4 people are allowed in the room. I came with my husband and daughter and was denied my room until I paid an extra amount for another person. They claimed they only had rooms for 2 people, though I booked online before I arrived. Later, during my stay, I went to the pool and cut my foot on a broken piece of glass. When I looked in the pool, there was a shard of glass nearly the size of my hand. I showed the staff and they told me that a guest broke a glass in the pool the night before. They said they called someone to clean and wouldn’t have another cleaning person there until the Monday, and it was a Friday evening when I went to the pool. When I asked what would be done, they told me to “be careful” in the pool. Of course, I did not feel comfortable swimming in the pool with broken glass in there. This meant I was unable to enjoy the pool services for my entire trip, as I left on the Sunday.
