"The bed is comfortable with great pillows. The towels are amazing. Front desk is friendly. Only issue is the ants. The bathroom had a lot of ants and the room had some, even in our bed. After showers there would be puddles of water outside the bathroom door and ants going crazy."

"The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very friendly and competent, the only thing that I didn’t like is the bed and the covers, they’re outdated and not comfortable.One thing that was excellent was the fold at the VIP, it is to die for!"

"We were initially registered in the Revelin but our room was a disaster. So the front desk was very apologetic and upgraded us to the Ulysses. It was such a surprise and a delight! Everyone was helpful and kind! We will definitely come back to the Ulysses!"
