Serkan Bey ve çalışan personeller çok ilgili ve kibardı. 5 gün konakladık. Deneyimlerimizden bahsetmek isterim; kahvaltı oldukça çeşitliydi. Temizlik evimizde gibi hissettirdi. Banyo, tuvalet, nevresimler tertemizdi. Odada klima, havlular, duş ürünleri, sabun, saç kurutma makinesi mevcut ve oda çok güzel kokuyordu. Konum olarak çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde ve ulaşım çok kolay. Otelin önünden servisler geçiyor. Havuzu 170 cm ve tertemiz. Sıcak havalarda çok serinletti. Havuz için duş alanı mevcut. Bahçe dekoru, oturma yerleri, restorantı, havuzu, çalan playlist.. her detayıyla Casa Rubino gönülden tavsiyemizdir.

Tek kelimeyle mükemmel geçti. Erken gitmemize rağmen odamız boş olduğu için bizi odaya aldılar, hiç bekletilmedik. Odamız tertemizdi ve çok tatlı döşenmişti. Bütün çalışanlarının güler yüzlü oluşu bence en önemli detaydı. Tabi kahvaltıyı da atlamamak lazım. Çok uzun zamandır böyle güzel kahvaltı yapmamıştık. Çok teşekkür ederiz her şey için :)

6 gün kaldık. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Konumu çok iyi, hem Alaçatı çarşıya hem de otobana yakın olması ulaşım açısından çok faydalı. Ilıca plajına, Ildıra ve çeşmeye hiç trafiğe girmeden gidiliyor. Alaçatı çarşının zaten içinde sayılır. Çalışanlar her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Oda, havuz ve kahvaltı temiz ve kaliteliydi. Mutfaktaki Akgül hanımın ellerine sağlık.

Hébergement exceptionnel, accueil formidable et chaleureux, on se croirait à la maison. Les gérants et le personnel sont à l’écoute et soigne sa clientèle. Néanmoins la literie mériterait un peu plus de confort. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement.

Kesinlikle hizmet çalışan güler yüzlülüğü yardımseverlik hepsinde 10 üzerinden 10 puanlar çift,aile veya çocuklu olmanız farketmez herkese hitap eden bir butik otel ben özellikle havuzuna beş çaylarındaki ikramlara ve bahçeye bayıldım kahvaltıda her sabah aynı şeyler yerine farklı yöresel şeyler de veriyorlar oda ayrı bir mutlu etti sadece odalarda bir dip köşe temizlik yapılması gerek yada bir tık temizliğe önem arttırılması gerekiyor gibi geldi bana ama kesinlikle özellikle pandemi döneminde bunu aksatıcak bir şeyle karşılaşmadım sadece nasıl daha iyi olabiliriz derlerse sadece buna dikkat etmeleri yeterlidir. Misafirperverlikleri için çok teşekkür ederim ☺️

Kuzenimle 2 senedir tatilimizi yaptığımız şirin butik otelimiz 🥰 Konum olarak hem çarşıya yakın hem de gürültüden uzakta. Ancak cadde üzerinde olduğu için yola değil de havuza bakan odaları tercih etmelisiniz. Favorim Zümrüt ve Turkuaz. Beş çayı ikramları için bile gidilebilir 😍 Kız kısa tatil için de güvenliğinin iyi olduğunu belirteyim. Kahvaltısı çok güzel ancak ufak tefek farklılıklara gitme zamanı gelmiş olabilir ☺️

Super dejligt og familievenligt hotel. Vi rejste med et spædbarn og var en smule bekymrede for at hotellets ejere og gæster ville blive irriteret over hendes gråd. Men tværtimod - de var alle utrolige venlige og hjælpsomme. Personalet er smilende og altid parate til at hjælpe, og familien, som ejer hotellet, var også virkelige venlige. Kokken er suveræn - hans mad smager skønt! Som et kæmpe plus serverede de aften the kl 17 hver dag - der var altid noget

Konaklama yaptığımız Bahçeli oda temiz ve bakımlıydı. İsterseniz direk bahçeden çıkıp havuza geçiş yapabilirsiniz. Otel genel olarak yeşil ve bolca oturma alanı, çardak dinlenme yerleri bulunmaktaydı. Havuzu temiz ve güzeldi. Yeterli sayıda şezlong vardı. Kahvaltı dolu doluydu. Özellikle çalışanlardan çok memnun kaldık. Kibar ve naziktiler. Tavsiye ediyorum.
