"On est partie un week-end en février. A la base nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine.. après une longue journée de ski rien de mieux que de relaxer dans une piscine chaude.. sauf que cette piscine n'est justement pas chaude a notre grand surprise.. et en plus elle n'ouvre pas le samedi.. grosse blague"

"A very handy location and a well maintained property. Location is a 5 min walk to the slopes and nearby restaurants and shops. We rented a 6 person room for 2 adults. This worked well as it meant we had 2 bathrooms, though it meant we had more to clean before we left. The living space was very generous. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. "

"We were not aware that the facility is meant for longer stays and that we had to sort out everything including towels, linens, soaps, cleaning materials... The kitchen/dining were poorly equipped. Knowing these facts, I would have chosen another property even though the price was low."

Mais à cause de plusieurs choses gênantes, je ne mettrai pas une meilleure note: - attention, tous les logements n ont pas de balcon ou terrasse comme le nom présuppose, alors que le balcon est indiqué à la réservation pour TOUS les logements. "This is a very nice hotel, with wonderful staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast is ample and varied -- eggs, bacon, pastries, yogurt, cereal, toast, juices, coffees, etc. The hotel is in the exact center of town. There is extremely limited parking near the hotel, but lots of it about ten minutes' walk away. "

"We stayed at Hotel Alvanche in Sauze D’Oulx for our honeymoon, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, with a lovely balcony offering stunning views. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a great variety of food to suit all tastes. It set us up perfectly for a day of skiing. The hotel’s heated boot room was an excellent feature, ensuring our skis and boots were dry and ready to go every morning. The location is unbeatable, with close proximity to the Clotes chairlift, making it incredibly convenient for getting onto the slopes quickly. We had an unforgettable week skiing and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Alvanche. It was the perfect base for our honeymoon, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Sauze D’Oulx."
