Jag hade tyvärr en mycket negativ upplevelse på detta hotell. Från det ögonblick jag anlände kände jag mig inte välkommen; det var nästan en obehaglig känsla som genomsyrade hela vistelsen. Frukosten var en katastrof - allt från kvaliteten på maten till den stressiga atmosfären. Jag blev vittne till att personalen blev utskällda av förmannen mitt under servicen, vilket var mycket obehagligt att se. Hotellet var också i dåligt skick rent allmänt. Poolen, som jag hade sett fram emot att använda, var inte uppvärmd och väldigt ogästvänlig. Personalen var genomgående tråkig och verkade inte alls engagerade eller intresserade av att göra gästens vistelse trevlig. Sammanfattningsvis skulle jag inte rekommendera detta hotell till någon. Det finns mycket att förbättra, från personalhantering till underhåll och gästfrihet.

IN RIVA AL MARE

Premesso che non sono un frequentatore di alberghi delle località balneari, ho riscontrato una notevole differenza tra quello che è un 4 stelle di città e questo che è in riva al mare. La prima camera che ci hanno assegnato era veramente di vecchia realizzazione, ma a seguito di nostra richiesta ci è stata cambiata senza alcuna difficoltà. La nuova stanza era stata rinnovata e la ritengo comoda per l'esigenza di una breve vacanza al mare. Ottima la posizione, in una via senza uscita e quindi senza traffico, proprio in riva al mare. In periodo di COVID buone le attenzioni igieniche.

non è un 4 stelle

L'albergo è carino ed è situato sul mare . Un pò decentrato rispetto la vita notturna. La camera piccola , essenziale ma molto rumorosa stante la vicinanza con la strada ove ogni mattina molto presto passa il servizio di raccolta immondizia, facendo un gran baccano . Il bagno era decisamente piccolo ( il wc troppo attaccato al box doccia con la conseguenza che per sedersi devi allagare le ginocchia!!) : non adeguato ad un 4 stelle. Anche la colazione non adeguata allo standard di categoria. Inesistente la frutta ( mele e pere, kiwi quando la stagionalità ed il territorio offrirebbero ben altro), dolci e torte in unico gusto. Ho richiesto della frutta e la risposta è stata che la macedonia viene proposta a colazione solo se avanza frutta dalla cena della sera prima ! A mio parere, non accettabile .

Hotel lussuoso e ben curato, dotato di una splendida vista mare; i grandi plus sono senza dubbio la piscina e l’accesso diretto ai bagni Holiday village... posizione ottima, abbastanza lontano dalla confusione del centro ma non isolato! Ottimo punto di appoggio per vacanze da solo o in coppia
