Hotel Santo Tomás

Hotel Santo Tomás

10/10 Excellent
"Don’t let the area discourage you. Once the gates open and you are inside the Tomas Hotel is absolutely stunning. The historic house is jaw dropping. The tile floors were beautiful !Rooms were comfortable and clean. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and was perfect for evening cocktails. You can walk to a few little places to eat and the Poas bar across the street was great. They have a locked garage which was great, free breakfast in the morning and a pool and hot tub within their little oasis. We visited in off season but I would love to be here when it’s busier to get the full vibe of the building. Wish there was a little bar or at least a little fridge to buy a beer or drink within the house. The family staff was very helpful and sweet. Definitely a gem in the city. Also approx 25 min from airport."
