「No facility to make a drink in the room and staff didn’t explain there was free coffee available. Air con good but our room was near to an external nightclub that went on until 3.30am」

「The staff was courteous and helpful but the water wasn’t really hot in the shower, there are no screens on the windows, there was loud music from the restaurant I had to request to be turned down, there were leaves and a dead bug in the shower. It was just a lot to pay for not what I would expect.」

「Tuve una muy buena experiencia en Viajero Huacachina. El hostal es súper lindo, las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien mantenidas. El ambiente en general es muy agradable y el staff es muy cordial y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Además, la ubicación es excelente, y la comida del restaurante es muy muy rica. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que, si no te gusta mucho la fiesta o eres sensible al ruido, los fines de semana puede ser un poco ruidoso porque el hostal tiene un ambiente bastante...

「New, clean, friendly service. Rooms were huge for the price. Would highly recommend. We stayed one night on our stop at Huacachina. It was close, and the next day we spent the morning in the clean pools before we checked out.」

「The property was okay for cleanliness, but it was very noisy from early evening to late evening. I had to put in ear beats and turn up the volume with my calm app to get to sleep. At check-in I had to pay for the room when I had the receipt that I paid through Expedia before my trip. There seems to be a lack of communication between the hotel and Expedia. 」
