「The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. 「This is a classical colonial building turned into a hotel. It's amazing that they still preserve the charm of the historical place and yet offer a modern accommodation. The staff, and Malvin in particular, were very helpful with recommendations for our needs, from dinner locations, money exchange all the way to overnight laundry offerings. This is going to be my staying every visit I pay to Cuzco.」
