"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent, right in the old city and just a 12 min walk from the train station. Breakfast was good."
"Hotel is in an excellent location near train station and so easy access when we arrived in florence. Has a lot of character and room was good. Could have done with easier access to charge phones and other tech within room. The bathroom was clean but could use a new coat of paint. Great and powerful shower. Very good breakfast and staff were very polite and friendly. I would stay there again.
"
"Beautiful hotel and surrounding gardens. Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. There’s a shuttle service that drops you into the heart of the city as well "
"Hotel focus on big groups not for couples
Terrible bar restaurant music for young generation and loud
It took 30minutes for check in only 1 person in front desk 20 minutes latter another came to help
No city maps or tourism information at front desk "
"Our favorite in Florence. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We went to Cortona for a week and bookended our stay at Bernini. The staff arranged for us to pick up and drop off a rental car at the hotel, made everything super easy. Can’t say enough great things. "
"Location!! We took trains almost every day and this hotel is right across the street from the station. There was no noise from the trains or busy street while trying to sleep. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was good every day. Hotel is clean and always felt safe late at night. Walkable to tourist spots and Oltrarno. It was a perfect choice for us! "
