「Beautiful building and big room, but extremely outdated. Old dirty carpet and no air conditioning in the rooms. They give you a tiny desk fan. Extremely hot. For a "modern" hotel to not have ac is a crime. We were cooking in our room. Very uncomfortable. Staff was very nice. Location is good. Nice pool. Food from their restaurants sucked.」

「Really cool hotel in an ancient Medieval building right in the heart of the city. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and I love that it was downstairs in the old wine cellar. And our room was MASSIVE and had a great shower and lots of closet space and shelves. I also love the free coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby that we could access 24 hours a day.」

「40 mins plus to check in - staff Rude on reception, Not small dog friendly or happy about 2 extra kids (baby sitter ill and unable to have kids and dog) - when I have booked for 2 adults in a FAMILY ROOM for 4 with 4 beds ? £245 per night - two swimming pools inside but 1 closed - sauna and hot tub nice and RESTURANT FOOD & BAR Very good. RESTURANT staff very nice. Massage and wellness clean and very good treatments BEST MASSAGES for wife and mother in law!」
