"Very much disappointed., I was shocked when I found that our room was alloted in the basement of the hotel. The room was dark as the amount of daylight enters through two small windows at ceiling height is very less. It is worth mentioning here that we had to cancel earlier accommodation and book this particular hotel hurriedly because to meet the requirements of Slovenian Consular for submission of non refundable hotel booking document for Visa approval. "The hotel is next to an emergency department which could be off putting at first but actually wasn't a problem. Only 15 mins walk away from the centre I found it an ideal location. The rooms are of a good size and have everything you need. The towels are changed daily if needed but the beds are not made. Breakfast is quite basic with cereals, meat, cheese and a couple of hot options, but again was adequate. Would have liked a kettle in the room but overall good for a 3 star hotel."
