「Booked a 3 bed flat and was charged for a 3 bed flat. Instead of getting what we had booked we had to move every night from a 2 bed flat to a studio flat and back to another 2 bed flat (there was 4 of us). Instead of offering an compensation they just said that it was my fault.」

「Lovely comfortable room with a nice bed. However it was advertised as having an oven and hob - all we got was a microwave and toaster. The seafront view would have been wonderful but the windows had not been cleaned for some time, the lack of double glazing meant that noise was a problem.」
