「We booked a "Triple room" through Expedia. The description stated (and still does) that "The front desk is open daily from 2:00 PM - midnight." Well, there was no front desk at all. It is a hole in the wall. After calling their phone number and dealing with two people who showed up in person but did not speak English and one more who spoke a kind-of understandable English on the phone, we got their "Basic room" because the "Triple room" already paid for was not available. 「Perfect location right in the centre of the old city. The rooms are on the first floor and there is no escalator, so a short climb up with your luggage is unavoidable. We did the check-in on our own and throughout the 2 nights that we stayed there, we haven't sighted any reception staff.」
