「Location and staff」

「Pæne lejligheder men er god beliggenhed i centrum af byen. Meget behjælpelig og imødekommende vært. Gode parkeringsmuligheder.」

「The ladies that run this place are absolutely lovely and so helpful. The room is bright and clean with a comfy bed. The property is right in the old town walking distance to attractions, shops, restaurants, even the train station is an easy walk, and their little cafe is lovely! Highly recommend!」

「Good for car trip with private parking. Room is big. However, mattress was over-soft.」

「Lovely room in grandiose house, in a little road, bang in the centre of Alba Decent aircon and a lovely bathroom / shower. You can not beat the location. Friendly coffee shop opposite. Great pizzeria next door. And unlimited bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. If you love a bit of quality food, try Bove's on Via Giuseppe Mazzini.」

「Schönes kleines und komfortables Hotel.」

「Tutto perfetto!」

「Nice place and area . Shame we only had one night.」

「Swimming pool is great」

「Helt igennem et fantastisk sted - hvor alting var gennemført og i bedste kvalitet. Personalet var utroligt hjælpsomt i alle henseender.」

「This was an amazing experience, Rafaela is the best host!」

「Incredible location with its own private pool overlooking the vineyards. Lovely staff who couldn’t do more to help. Town is 15 mins walk away and a steep walk back but the hotel does offer a ride back… def worth a visit!」

「Stunning Villa with everything within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and really beautiful. Loved the blackout blinds as well. Laundry is available for use which was great for us after four weeks of traveling. Special mention to Andra who went above and beyond for us really appreciate everything she did. Only area for improvement would be breakfast, could be a bit less clunky with the ordering system etc and our order was always a bit wrong. Quality of the food was really good...

「Booked two rooms through the app. Arrived after a long drive through the mountains, only to be told our reservation had been cancelled — no call, no email, no warning. The explanation was a "system error" that apparently left them unaware they had no rooms. They moved us to another hotel. Calling it a downgrade is generous — the room felt more like a hospital ward than a hotel, closer to a cell than anything we had paid for. If you cancel a confirmed booking on guests standing in your lobby at...

「The staff is what makes this place special」
